The event will be held concurrently with the Conference on the Development of Organizational Sciences and will run as its partner program. This year’s theme of the conference is “Leading the Change: From Uncertainty to Control of Flexible Manufacturing.”

FoMI 2026 is intended for experts, managers, engineers, and business decision-makers from manufacturing organizations who face the challenges of leading change in times of digital transformation, increasing complexity, and the need for greater flexibility in production systems.

The focus will be on data-driven decision-making, digital and physical integration of production, the use of artificial intelligence, transparency of value chains, and the role of people and organizational structures in successfully managing change. The conference will offer practical insights and examples from industry and show how organizations can gradually move from uncertainty to greater control, resilience, and sustainable business value.
