* The offer is only valid for full-time students, PhD students, and unemployed students.
** The spouse/guest conference fee includes access to the conference sessions and social events. The “Spouse/Guest Registration” is NOT for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration.
The confrence fee includes attendance at all conference lectures, conference materials, refreshments during breaks and admission to social events (lunch (Wednesday, Thursday), social event (Wednesday).
All conference fees exclude a 22% VAT.
The conference fees do not include possible bank costs.

Cancellation conditions: For cancellations after 17th February 2026 we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. For cancellations after 3rd March 2026, we will charge 50% of the registration fee, and after 10th March 2026, we will charge the entire registration fee.
