V okviru 45. Mednarodne konference o razvoju organizacijskih znanosti bo potekal sestanek Programskega sveta študijskega programa Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov Fakultete za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru. Na srečanju bodo člani programskega sveta skupaj z vodstvom študijskega programa obravnavali aktualna vsebinska, razvojna in kakovostna vprašanja študijskega programa ter razpravljali o usmeritvah njegovega nadaljnjega razvoja. Poseben poudarek bo namenjen ustreznosti kompetenc diplomantov glede na potrebe delodajalcev, povezovanju študijskega programa z delovnim okoljem ter zagotavljanju kakovosti in aktualnosti študijskih vsebin.

The AI2SEP project (Artificial Intelligence to Solve Environmental Problems) is an Erasmus+ project coordinated by the University of Silesia and implemented in cooperation with a consortium of European universities. The project aims to strengthen higher education by developing innovative study modules in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on addressing disruptive environmental challenges. Through newly designed courses, student research activities, and international collaboration, AI2SEP supports the development of practical AI competencies for solving real-world sustainability problems.

Delavnica je namenjena deležnikom iz gospodarstva – vodstvom podjetij, pravnim in IT oddelkom, strokovnjakom za upravljanje podatkov, razvojnim ekipam ter drugim odločevalcem, ki se pri svojem delu srečujejo z izmenjavo in uporabo podatkov. V ospredju bo razumevanje zahtev in priložnosti, ki jih prinaša evropska Uredba o podatkih, ter njihova praktična implementacija v poslovnem okolju.
V prvem delu bo predstavljeno širše strateško in regulativno ozadje ter pomen podatkovnih prostorov za konkurenčnost in digitalno suverenost evropskega gospodarstva. Poseben poudarek bo namenjen konceptu podatkovnih prostorov, njihovi organizacijski in tehnični zasnovi ter vlogi podjetij pri vzpostavljanju zaupanja, interoperabilnosti in učinkovitega upravljanja podatkov. Udeleženci bodo seznanjeni z aktualnimi izzivi in priložnostmi za slovensko gospodarstvo ter z vidiki skladnosti in poslovne vrednosti.
V nadaljevanju bo predstavljen model zrelosti za izvajanje Uredbe o podatkih, ki podjetjem omogoča sistematično oceno njihove pravne, tehnične in organizacijske pripravljenosti. Delavnica vključuje tudi praktični prikaz metodologije samovrednotenja ter uporabo orodja, ki podjetjem omogoča identifikacijo ključnih vrzeli in načrtovanje nadaljnjih korakov. Cilj delavnice je podpreti podjetja pri prehodu od razumevanja regulative k strateški in operativni implementaciji konceptov deljenja podatkov.

Gregor Geršak bo z vprašanjem kako točno meriti človeka skozi interdisciplinarno meroslovje popeljal v meroslovne vsebine, ki se bodo nadaljevale s prikazom praktičnih primerov meritev nekoč in danes in sicer na primeru merjen v okolju, merjenj za zdravje in v dolgoživi družbi.
Na okrogli mizi pa se bo z zanimivimi sogovorniki spraševalo kako z razumevanjem meritev gradimo zaupanje v dolgoživi družbi.

The Care4Health Erasmus+ project is an international initiative aimed at strengthening the competencies of nurses and other healthcare professionals to address contemporary healthcare challenges. It has developed an innovative online learning programme covering evidence-based practice, digital safety and cybersecurity, effective communication and collaboration, and green and sustainable healthcare. The project promotes lifelong learning and supports healthcare professionals in adapting to the evolving demands of modern healthcare systems.

The transition towards sustainable and resilient food systems is a cornerstone of the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, aligning with the European Union’s strategic priorities in sustainability, digitalization, and regional cohesion. This project directly addresses challenges by integrating regenerative agriculture, sustainable management, and digitalization to transform agricultural systems and strengthen rural communities, regenerative agriculture not only promotes sustainability but also restores soil health, enhances biodiversity, reduces carbon footprints, and increases climate resilience.
Transnational meeting will consist of an face-to-face meeting between all partners in Maribor, Slovenia, to establish the bases for project implementation. During this meeting, roles and responsibilities for each participating entity will be defined, the initial timeline will be detailed, and communication and decision-making mechanisms will be agreed upon. Additionally, key monitoring and evaluation indicators will be set to ensure that all parties clearly understand the prproject’s objective sand expectations. This meeting will conclude with minutes that will document the agreements reached and serve as a reference throughout all project phases.

Študentski svet FOV UM v sklopu 45. konference o razvoju organizacijskih znanosti, za študente in ostale udeležence konference, pripravlja okroglo mizo na temo »Od študija do kariere«, kjer bodo skozi moderirano razpravo svoje poglede, izkušnje in mnenja na temo okrogle mize delili študenti, alumni in karierni svetovalci. Pogovor bo tekel o kariernih poteh diplomantov ter o prehodu na trg dela, po končanem študiju. Poiskali se bodo odgovori na vprašanja o prvih kariernih korakih, izzivih na začetku kariernih poti, priložnostih, ki jih študijsko okolje nudi študentom in vlogi fakultete pri kariernem razvoju.
Dogodek je namenjen študentom vseh letnikov, ki želijo bolje razumeti karierne možnosti ter aktivno graditi svojo karierno pot že v času študija.
